Pet Policy


Shadow Hills is a dog and cat-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit or breed restrictions.* Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals are allowed; please contact us or read our full pet policy for details. 
*Upon approval of pet application

DEPOSITS AND FEES

AT MOVE-IN
$200 pet deposit per apartment
$200 pet fee per dog (non-refundable)
$100 pet fee per cat (non-refundable)

MONTHLY
$40.00 pet rent per dog 
$25.00 pet rent per cat
